CLARIN RG

DISHWASHING MACHINE DRYING AGENT

CLARIN RG is a drying agent that assists in free rinsing of glassware, silverware, and dishes in all types of water conditions. It is a non-acidic drying agent that reduces hard and alkaline water film deposits from flatware, dishware, and glassware by improving water sheeting action. This sheeting action prevents the precipitation of the dissolved solids in the water on the flatware surfaces or kitchen utensils.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
• It provides water sheeting action.
• Speeds-up the drying time of kitchenware.
• Non-foaming and non-streaking

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For optimal results, install the rinse injection fitting as far back in the line from the rinse jets as possible, thus allowing the thorough mixing of the drying agent with the water supply before it emerges from the final rinse jets. The final rinse temperature should be maintained close to the 160oF (71oC) minimum possible, and should not exceed 185 oF (85oC). Check the final rinse pressure and set it to the manufacturer’s recommended level. Also, inspect the final rinse for spray atomization. Adjust the rinse injector to feed CLARIN RG using the required concentrations to achieve the most rapid sheeting of water from the ware. Concentrations as low as 50 parts per million may be used, depending upon the hardness and total dissolved solids content of the water supply. When using CLARIN RG in a hard or alkaline water area, it is recommended that the machine first be descaled with acid cleaners. The flatware, glasses, and china should also be briefly soaked (1-2 minutes) in a warm (100-120oF or 38 – 49o C) dilute (1 -2%) solution of an acid cleaner. This will remove any alkaline or hard water film deposits.
