AXIS MIST-15W
CONCENTRATED DISINFECTANT SOLUTION
AXIS MIST-15W is a quat-based disinfectant and virucide designed with a concentrated formulation that is specially intended to be dispensed as a mist for indoor sanitation. The disinfectant mist is capable of eliminating a broad range of germs from hard-to-reach areas and surfaces commonly found in establishments like offices, homes, restaurants, and hospitals. The solution is compatible for use with Ultra Low Volume (ULV) cold misting machines and sprayers.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Prior to misting, clean the area to be treated to remove any dust, dirt, and debris that can affect the disinfection process. Prevent contamination by removing or protecting any medical or food materials.
2. Wear appropriate PPE to protect the eyes, face, and skin.
3. Dilute 15ml of AXIS MIST-15W per liter of water. The machine will consume approximately 4.23ml of solution for every cubic meter of room area. Prepare a sufficient volume of solution based on the area coverage.
4. Close all doors, windows, or other forms of ventilation. Load the disinfectant solution in the machine.
5. Assign personnel to handle the machine while the rest must vacate the area. Once ready, begin dispensing the mist. The machine consumes approximately 150ml of solution per minute. After the operation, shut off the machine and vacate the area as well.
6. Leave the area for a minimum of two hours after misting (one hour for sanitation, and another hour for mist dissipation). Food contact surfaces and medical devices must be washed and rinsed prior to reuse.

Store in a cool and dry place where temperatures do not exceed 30oC. Keep tightly capped and in an upright position.
PRECAUTIONS:
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid breathing mist or vapor by wearing a mask. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If this product touches the eyes, rinse thoroughly under gently running water for a minimum of 20 minutes. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap and rinse thoroughly with water. If swallowed and the patient is conscious, administer milk or water and call a physician immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
